Conditions of Use
1. Offer and conclusion of contract
The order made by the buyer is a binding offer. We can accept it within two weeks by sending a confirmation of the order or shipping of the goods.
2. Prices and payment
Payment has to be made in advance in all cases. We offer two possibilities: payment by credit card or payment by transfer to one of our accounts.
Only after receipt of payment, the order can be shipped.
All prices indicated include the VAT. Shipping costs thereby incurred are stated separately.

3. Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the article/articles ordered and is shown with a green or red signal light for every article.
Usually all articles marked with the green signal light are in stock and will be shipped immediately after receipt of order and payment.
For national shipment the delivery time is 2-4 working days and 2-7 working days for international shipment.
If an article should not be available in spite of a green signal light, the buyer will be informed immediately by email.
Products with a longer delivery time (i. e. because of shipment by forwarding agency) are marked on the accordant detail page respectively it is mentioned in the description texts.
Products marked with a red signal light, are temporarily not available. The delivery time can be longer. An exact delivery time and an estimated delivery date cannot be given!
4. Revocation
The buyer can withdraw from the contractual statement within a period of two weeks without any reasons by writing (i.e. letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods if they have already been delivered before the end of this period. The period begins upon recept of this written instruction, but not before receipt of the goods at the receiver (in the recurring supply of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our information duties pursuant to section 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 indentation 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as to our obligations under § 312g indentation 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with section 246 §3 EGBGB. For the observance of this period of time only the punctual sending of the revocation or of the goods is needed. The revocation has to be addressed to:

In case of a valid revocation, all performances received as well as benefits taken (i.e. interests), if applicable, are to be restituted by either side. If the buyer is unable or partially unable to restitute the goods to the supplier of if he can only restitute them in a deteriorated condition, the buyer will have to compensate in this respect for the value. This does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to examining and testing the goods - as for instance it would be done in a retail store. Goods that can be shipped by parcel have to be returned at the supplier's risk. The buyer has to bear the costs of the return shipment, if the merchandise deliverd corresponds to the merchandise ordered, if the price of the merchandise to be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if, where the price is higher, the buyer has not yet rendered consideration of given a part payment at the date of the revocation. In all other cases, the return shipment is free of charge for the buyer. Goods that cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up. All reimbursement obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period of time begins for the buyer with sending the declaration of revocation or the goods, for the supplier with their receipt.

5. Warranty
Please claim immediately visible material or fabrication defects among which are also damages caused during transport by informing us and the member of the forwarding agency or parcel service company who delivers the goods.
For all defects within the defects liability period of two years exist the statutory standards for supplementary perfomance, removal of defects respectively new delivery and if applicable withdrawal. Exempt from this are wear parts such us light bulbs etc. and improper us of the goods.
