Which products do you offer in your shop?
Our range of products consists exclusively of high-quality cartographic products of well-known and selected publishing companies.
Globes, wall maps, travel maps, atlases, satellite image maps and more.
We do not offer you any product that does not meat our expectations of quality. That is why we do not list such products in our shop.

Are your products up-to-date?
We are generally anxious to offer always the latest edition of a product.
However the products offered in our shop are not so-called “on demand products”. This means that most of the products are subjected to an ascertained not influenceable update or production circle that is decided by the manufacturer. The products are not manufactured after receipt of order (on demand), but to date  ascertained by the manufacturers.

Do you also deliver to foreign countries?
Yes, we also deliver countries beyond Germany, but not in every country.

How can I pay?
We offer two possibilties for the payment.
- payment by credit card (we accept VISA and Mastercard)
- payment by transfer to our account (in advance)

How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are calculated separately for each order made in our webshop.
They depend on the number of articles, the weight and the shape of the ordered article as well as its packaging and the country where the order should be delivered to.

How long is the delivery period of the ordered articles?
The delivery period depends on the number of articles, the shape and the weight of the articles ordered. Small, flat and light products can be shipped faster than large, bulky and heavy products.

Is ordering in this shop really save?
We guarantee an absolutely serious and confidential treatment of your personal data. It will not be forwarded to third parties, with exception of the necessary address data for the  process of your order to the forwarding agency or the parcel service.

All orders made in our webshop are subjected to the regular legal arrangements to withdrawal and defects liablility, it does not matter whether you make your payment by credit card or by prepayment!
